The project included; Light-gauge steel framework, Kingspan insulated roof and wall panels, uPVC windows and doors, Aluminium shopfront entrance door, and Colour-matched flashings and face fixings to complement the club colours.
The complete structure was supplied with a full structural engineering design and has an expected design life of more than 70 years.
From the commencement of the steel installation through to handover, our works were completed in approximately four weeks. This rapid construction programme allowed the client to begin the internal fit-out almost immediately and have the new facility fully operational within approximately 8–10 weeks.
The new gym will provide an important long-term income stream for the club through the provision of memberships and gym membership packages, while also delivering a valuable modern facility for its members and the wider community. A quality project and one we are proud to have delivered.
